Our carriers are United Parcel Service (UPS) & FedEx.

Under UPS, the following shipping services are available:

  • Ground
  • Second Day Air
  • Three Day Select
  • Next Day Air
Under FedEx, the following shipping services are available:
 
  • Ground

NOTE: ALL orders MUST be received by 1:00 PM (EST) in order to guarantee same-day delivery. All other orders are shipped on the next business day.

Returns

Call toll free 1-800-872-8243 to request a Return Authorization Label. Authorized returns will be issued for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Order: Customer must notify Savage Promotions, Inc. within 10 days of invoice date.
  • Damaged Product: Manufacturing defects only will be approved for replacement, and must be returned within 60 days of invoice date.
    We will not replace merchandise which displays signs of wear and tear.
